Return Policy:

All sales are final.  I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will work with you and do what I can.  Customer satisfaction is my number one priority.  Each pillow is custom made to order.  I personally cut and sew each pillow cover.  I stand behind the quality of my products and want you to be satisfied with them.  Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy:

If you want to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP. This is not a problem unless I have already cut or sewn your pillow covers.
