Pillow Covers | All handcrafted pillow covers ship within 5 - 7 business days of placing your order unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking numbers.
Fabric Samples | All fabric samples are shipped via USPS regular mail with no tracking available.
Pillow Inserts | Pillow inserts are shipped to you directly from the Supplier. Orders will ship 7-10 business days after order has been placed via FEDEX or UPS Ground. Inserts will arrive separately from your pillow cover order. Shipping upgrades are unavailable. We do not ship pillow inserts outside the mainland U.S.
Priority Shipment | Pillow covers will be fulfilled on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude United States federal holidays. USPS shipping upgrades are available at time of checkout.
CANADA: Please Contact me to place an order. My Shop is not set up to Ship to Canada. I can set up a PayPal Invoice and fulfill your order that way.
At this time, I do not ship outside United States and Canada.
Please verify accuracy of shipping address when placing an order. | Shipped orders are unable to be altered or redirected with shipping carrier. Undeliverable, incorrect address or refused packages that are returned to us will be canceled and unable to be reshipped. A refund will be issued minus a 20% service charge of the purchase price. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Lost Shipment. If your package is Lost or Delivery is disputed: Please contact your Local Post Office, Postal Carrier, or file an online Claim with the Post Office or relevant shipper.
Once I have dropped your package off at the Post Office or other shipper, I cannot be accountable for non-delivery. I am happy to help you with information required for a claim, but cannot File a Claim on your behalf.
